1. How much space does the flyer need between teeth and between two adjacent,
completely wound teeth?
The flyer winding machine need 2.8mm between teeth for 27 strands wires, 0.28mm size,
So 4mm slot width is enough
2. We need information as to what the minimum and maximum dimensions for stators are,
how the tooling needs to be changed/made for each stator type
As you may have types stators, the single station winder WIND-HMW-205S will be suitable,
The minimum and maximum dimensions for stators OD range is 12mm (0.48''), 12slots,
and 160mm(6.30''),
3. The goal for us is to wind stators that are most probably between (diameter) 80 mm and 350 mm,

It is not suitable to wind bigger stators,
