Question and Answer:
1. What is the winding cycle time of below brushless motors?
The stator has 230 mm outer diameter.
The inner diameter is 167.2 mm.
The length of the stator is from 10 mm to 100 mm, but now we have orders for 10 mm length stack.
There are 40 turns per each teeth with 4 wires 0.4 mm diameter in parallel.
Cycle time: For winding each stator mentioned above it cost 10 minutes per piece
2. Do we need to use electrostatic coating of the slots in order to use your machine?
The machine is desiged per your biggest stator length, for such a big stator, it must be very heavy
at least 5KGS,So during winding, we need to add a reducer to let the winding smooth and not influenced,
There are 40 turns per each teeth with 4 wires 0.4 mm diameter in parallel.
Your wires and turns is too much for the slots area,
The up layer wire will press the down layer wire,
Up layer wire will fell down,
Wind Automation Suggestion:
1. We suggest insulation cap and we can design the cap
If the winding demonstration shows that insulation cap is necessary
It is the same winding way as yours but it have much little turns (less than 30turns)
2. If you don't want to invest the tools to make the plastic caps and
The material should resist to 155 Celsius degrees
Can you use 0.7mm to 0.8mm single wire instead of
using 2 wires with 0.56 mm diameter or 4 wires with 0.4 mm diameter
